Return & Exchange

Only defect or wrongly received items are eligible for exchange.

Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, exchange will be accepted and allowed for defective items only within 7 days of receipt (for both local and international orders). Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.

During peak season (Ramadhan), exchange of defective items are not applicable via shipping. Exchange of defective items are only available at K-BLOSSOM subject to availability.

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-refundable. Customers have to make sure the measurement of every part of the body fit the measurement of the given sizing chart because HQ does not entertain any exhange due to sizing mistake by customers.
